Step 1: Go to the website: https://nabor.pcss.pl/sandomierz
Step 2: Click “Fill in the application” and enter the required personal data. After completing the application, you will receive a login and password, which you should save and keep.
Step 3: Choose the school you want to apply to. After registration, you can select a maximum of three secondary schools and any number of classes within them. By school, we mean e.g. II LO. By class, we mean the profile, e.g. 1A, 1B, 1C ...
Remember that the list of preferences is a list of all the classes you want to apply for. In the first place, choose the class in the school where you would most like to learn and which corresponds to your abilities and expectations.
Step 4: Print the recruitment application!
Step 5: Sign the application. The candidate and the parent or legal guardian of the candidate must sign the completed application by hand with a pen or ballpoint pen.
Step 6: Between 13 May and 19 June 2024, by 15:00, submit the signed application only at the school of your first choice, i.e. the one indicated in the first place on the preferences list in the application. Attach the required statements and documents to the application. Submitting the application at the school of first choice is equivalent to submitting it at all the schools selected by the candidate, listed in the application.
Note: Applications that are completed but not submitted at the school of first choice do not take part in recruitment – simply completing the application online does not constitute a submission to the secondary school.

If your surname and first name are on the list of qualified individuals at the chosen school, from 18 to 24 July 2024, by 15:00, confirm your intention to commence studies at the school by submitting the originals of the documents: the certificate of completion of primary school and the certificate of the eighth-grade exam result. Remember!!! If you do not confirm your intention to study (do not submit the original documents to the school by the specified deadline), you forfeit your place at the school to which you have been qualified.
Step 10: Check the list. On 25 July 2024, schools will publish lists of admitted and non-admitted students.
Supplementary procedure: For candidates who are not admitted to the chosen schools during the recruitment process, from 31 July to 24 August 2024, supplementary recruitment will be conducted by the schools. This will pertain to admissions only for the remaining free places. Free places will be announced on 28 July 2024.
